HOW LONG BEFORE MY order ARRIVES?
Typically all UK deliveries take between 24 – 48 hours. EU deliveries take 3 – 5 days and worldwide 5 – 7 days. Subject to your countries custom rules and regulations.

WILL MY order BE SAFE?
Yes, we only use specialist safe secure packaging. Your order will be checked no less than 3 times during the production process an postage stage. This ensures that every order that leaves us is in perfect condition.

I DON’T WANT TO WAIT IN ALL DAY FOR MY DELIVERY
If you need your order delivered by a certain time, then you have the option of booking a special before 12 or 9am. delivery slot when you order your order. You will also receive a text before delivery to make sure that someone is available to sign for your package.

OH DEAR, I FORGOT THAT I NEED TO SAVE THE WORLD ON MY DELIVERY DAY AND NEED TO QUICKLY GO OUT
You will receive a text from our DHL courier prior to delivery to confirm that someone will be at home to receive your parcel, so don’t worry. Once you receive your text, you then have the option of getting your parcel delivered to where you are locally. You can also re-schedule your delivery

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
Your package will always need to be signed for. This will clearly show who signed and at what time your order was delivered.

WHAT IF THERE IS NOBODY IN TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
If there is nobody available to sign for your package, then the DHL delivery driver will leave instructions for how you can retrieve your order

WHAT IF MY PARCEL LOOKS LIKE AN ELEPHANT HAS JUMPED ON IT.
In the unfortunate, rare event that your delivery is damaged you should refuse delivery of your item and inform us immediately by phone -Or by email. We will then deal with the matter promptly and send you a replacement order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DISCOVER MY ITEM IS DAMAGED ON OPENING MY PARCEL?
We only use specialist secure safe packaging for your order art, however accidents do happen. You should inspect your order on opening your parcel. You MUST inform us of any damage no later than 48 hours after delivery. You must follow this up with photographic evidence as soon as possible. We will then instruct you on returning your parcel to us for inspection and replacement.

GENERAL INFORMATION
PAYMENT OF POSTAGE:
We pay for a PRIORITY DELIVERY SERVICE. We do NOT use cheap third party delivery companies or individuals, as do other companies. We believe that you get what you pay for. This is expensive and unfortunately we cannot offset the charge. We do NOT inflate our customers delivery charges to make money. In the vast majority of cases we actually lose money. Our customers expect their orders to be delivered undamaged and in perfect condition and we would expect nothing less…. ergo, you get what you pay for.

UK DELIVERY: Our main courier service is Royal Mail 24-48 hour delivery service. Delivery time is based on when you receive your confirmation of dispatch notification and not when you place your order. Where possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can then track your parcel from the link provided above. You may also visit their site directly. All our orders are usually dispatched within 24/48 hours, excluding special, custom orders and those with additional splash/UV coatings. These orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control once your order leaves our studio. If you need your order for a special occasion or a specific date, then please ensure that you allow sufficient time, so as to avoid disappointment. If you require an urgent delivery, then please contact us. We will be pleased to help and fulfil your request by special order.

EU-WORLDWIDE DELIVERY: We use DHL Worldwide Delivery service for all countries outside the UK. Delivery times to these countries is based on information supplied by DHL Worldwide. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that fall outside the time stated, or are delayed by customs in the destination country. Typical delivery to EU countries is 3-4 DAYS. Worldwide destinations is 3-7 DAYS, Subject to your own countries rules & regulations.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: All orders are provided with a tracking number. You may track your package at any stage by visiting the DHL websites specific to your country.

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL: All orders will need to be signed for. They CANNOT be delivered without a signature and time stamp. We do this so that in the unlikely event of any missing, damaged, fraudulent or insurance claim that may arise in the future. This is for the benefit of both parties. We can target and track your package easily through all stages of postage and delivery.
